WHO IS LG ESTATES SERVICES FOR?
LG Estates works with Landlords who wish to let their property on a longterm basis. Typically for 3-5 years in an arrangement where the tenant is responsible for the wear and tear of the property. Our tenants are usually in the form of a company such as a Housing provider or Air Bnb host.
HOW DO YOU OFFER GUARANTEED RENT?
We offer guaranteed rent because we carefully select our corporate tenants. We do our due diligence to ensure that any company we work with are financially viable and won't default on the agreement.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU ACCEPT PROPERTY?
We currently work in Birmingham and the West Midlands area with a view of expanding nationwide.
